  Born and raised in Northern Virginia and an alumnus of Virginia Tech with two BS degrees in Finance and Management, Thadd is intimately familiar with the neighborhoods of Western Fairfax and Eastern Loudoun Counties. Prior to his real estate career, Thadd held successful roles in banking and commercial lending. In his spare time, you'll see him enjoying time with his family (he has a young girl and young boy), playing guitar, being a greeter at Church, wakeboarding at the lake and riding his bike with his kids being towed in the kiddie bike trailer.
